    DOP180

    Redundancy is an often required standard in safety systems. Using pneumatic actuators often results in spacing problems, as the standardized interface according to EN15714 (VDI/VDE 3845) offers one mounting interface only.


    For this requirement the DOPPLER has been designed, which duplicates the interface on the pneumatic actuators. This second synchronic and parallel interface of size 1 provides the possibility to feedback all end position signals with sensor or micro switch technology.

    The free of play involute gearing guarantees fast and smooth-running transmission modes, as the rotation is directly transferred.
    The shaft distance of 128 mm enables the mounting of big positioners and limit switch boxes side by side.
